Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the DialItUp website and, together with any order form or subscription agreement, the DialItUp platform (“the Service”). By using the website or the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
DialItUp provides AI voice agents that answer inbound calls and run outbound call campaigns, with transcription, analytics, human escalation, and knowledge-base features. Product demos are provided for evaluation; features shown in a demo may be configured differently in production.
Acceptable use and compliance
You are responsible for how you use calling automation. In particular, you must:
- Comply with the telemarketing, consent, and do-not-call rules that apply in each market you call — including the Do Not Call Register (Australia), TPS/CTPS screening and PECR (United Kingdom), and TDRA telemarketing rules and the PDPL (United Arab Emirates).
- Only run outbound campaigns to contacts you have a lawful basis to call, and honour opt-out requests.
- Configure call-recording disclosures where local law requires them.
- Not use the Service for fraud, impersonation of a human where disclosure is required, harassment, emergency services, or any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend agents or campaigns that we reasonably believe violate these rules or expose DialItUp, carriers, or call recipients to harm.
Accounts and customer data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge, scripts, and contact lists you supply, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. As between the parties, you own your customer data — including call recordings and transcripts generated for you — and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as set out in your order form or the pricing agreed with you, and are exclusive of taxes and telephony pass-through charges unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
DialItUp and its licensors own the Service, including software, models’ configurations, and this website’s content. These terms grant you no rights in them except the right to use the Service as intended.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes for high-stakes use cases and for maintaining a human escalation path where appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order form. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for material breach of the acceptable-use rules above.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified in advance.
