DialItUp (“DialItUp”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI calling platform that answers and places phone calls, transcribes conversations, and produces call analytics on behalf of business customers. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the DialItUp platform, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Data we collect
- Website enquiries and demo bookings — name, work email, phone number, company, and anything you include in a message or scheduling form.
- Platform call data — when a business uses DialItUp to handle its calls, we process call audio, transcripts, and extracted outcomes (such as intent, sentiment, and booking details) on that business's behalf and under its instructions.
- Website usage data — pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and device information, collected via analytics and advertising cookies described below.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, schedule and run product demos, and provide the service.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform, including improving call handling quality.
- To measure website performance and advertising conversion (for example, whether a visit from an ad led to a demo booking).
- To meet legal obligations, including telemarketing and call-recording rules in the markets we serve.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content of our customers’ calls to market to the people who were on those calls.
Call recording and AI processing
Calls handled by DialItUp agents may be recorded and transcribed so the business you called (or that called you) can review the conversation and its outcome. Where the law of the relevant market requires disclosure or consent for recording, the platform supports playing a disclosure at the start of the call, and our customers are required to configure their agents in line with local law. Recordings and transcripts are processed by speech and language models solely to deliver the service.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run DialItUp — telephony carriers, cloud hosting, speech-to-text and language-model providers, analytics, and scheduling tools — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights under the UK GDPR / EU GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — including rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. If DialItUp handled a call on behalf of one of our customers, that business is the controller of the call data and we will refer or forward your request to them. To exercise any right, email hello@dialitup.co.
Retention
Enquiry and demo data is kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to each customer’s configuration and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained per the tool defaults described below.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These set cookies to distinguish visitors and attribute conversions to advertising campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
International transfers
We operate across the UK, Australia, and the UAE, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where data leaves a jurisdiction with transfer rules (such as the UK, EU, or UAE), we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
